Who we are

This website, www.nvi.com.sg, is operated by New Vision Digital Services Pte Ltd, 152 Beach Road, #02-08, Singapore 189721 ("we", "us").

What we collect

We keep collection to a minimum:

• Contact form. If you contact us, we collect the name, email address, and message you choose to provide.
• Technical data. Our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) processes standard connection data such as IP address and browser type to serve the site and protect it from abuse, including the Cloudflare Turnstile check on our contact form.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not buy, sell, or trade personal data.

Why we collect it

We use contact-form data solely to respond to your enquiry and to keep a reasonable record of our correspondence. Technical data is used solely to operate and secure the website.

Who receives it

Contact-form messages are delivered to our customer-care team, which is operated within our group of companies. We also use a small number of service providers to run this site: Cloudflare (hosting, security, and bot protection) and Resend (email delivery of your message to us). These providers process data on our behalf and under our instructions.

Some of these providers process data outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred overseas, we take steps to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

You may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent to our continued use of it, at any time. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
